I signed up for fast track in October and it said I have 120 days to use the fast track. On my mileage profile it says that I need to hit X miles etc to get gold status by the end of this year.

Are these two things separate and where can I see the fast track progress?

Planning a trip to Rome and Naples with day trips to Tivoli and Pompeii. Is 1 week enough? I feel like reading through 3/4 day Rome and 2 day Naples itineraries, the trip seems rushed. I have unlimited PTO but my SO is limited in time (but luckily he can work extra hrs and then use less PTO). I would say max we could do is 1.5 weeks but adding on 3-5 more days seems almost too much? Thoughts? Beginner here. I'm trying to use my points to buy a flight to Puerto Rico. If Delta costs me 55k points on my Amex (valued at $600 per Points Guy), versus United which costs me 60k points (valued at $700), shouldn't I still just go with the Delta cause I'm spending less points?

I make $100K with 12% bonus and was offered a role $130k with 15-20% bonus. 4YOE in provider industry.
