I love my job and have been doing it for years. My Principal is good to me as well! The problem is...the Paraprofessionals at my school are never recognized. You have Teachers Day, Secretaries Day, Principal's Day, etc. Paraprofessional Day comes and goes at my school every year with nothing mentioned to us. Paraprofessionals in my department (Sped) wear many hats on certain days and work extremely hard (mentally/physical)! Does anyone else get this treatment?

I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? Weekly Hot take, the lack of couch Co-op is the reason gaming doesn't feel like it hits the same. I miss the days of bringing over the crew to play a game that isn't smash bros. One of my best memories is playing Tower fall with my college friends in my dorm.

I’m really liking DMZ mode in Warzone. I think they have some real potential with this game mode. I like that it’s not as sweaty as Tarkov but still has some elements of it. Still in beta but I hope they realize they have a potential gem here.
