Happened to me with Mindtree recruiter, for an IoT leadership position where the interviewing VP chose to no show twice… after which I thanked the recruiter that I was impressed by their book of busi-ness and that it was intimidating to be thinking about the prospect of working for Mindtree… as I’m too incapable for those performance standards… 😂😂

My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Made the pivot from Big 4 to Bain and frankly underwhelmed. Seems like Bains Ops capabilities / general knowledge resources / white papers are lagging the industry quite a bit. Miles behind BCG / McKinsey as well. Literally only good for PE and nothing else.

Any tips for those that went from novice case interviewing ability to securing MBB offers? Anyone have a good training/prep plan? ACN’s cases were a lot easier. Looking for info. on how to start!
