Any advice on shifting from association law to commercial real estate in FL?

I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. I'm at 1yr+ doing HOA/condo work but have had no opportunity to do real estate transactions like I expected. Seems like the only way to get the experience is to have nailed a big law gig right out of school and get put into that practice.

I have 9.5 yrs of experience and am currently level 62 in Microsoft. I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. Completed final round interview at FAANG last month and was told that if all looks well with headcount on 10/01, they will reach out on my status. After I reached out on Friday on headcount update, if HR doesnt respond after few days should I not follow up anymore and move on or follow up once more even if they dont respond?

I am not people person and having tough time as I am moving from 1 short project to other with no long term vision or goals . Every month new project new face and by the time I am settled , it’s time to move on . Have anyone had same experience and how do you deal with it
