There are a lot of weird things about Siegfried. It seemed like a very unorthodox work environment & the compensation structure seemed a little too good to be true. Everywhere I looked online had weird stories about Siegfried.
When I was leaving audit I thought the same thing from what I read online, but then I met with the people in person and realized they were normal and that the comp is real, it just takes working hard. If you're afraid of hard work, accounting/consulting probably shouldn’t have been your career path.
Heard nothing but bad things

Siegfried has a very sketchy, cult-like environment. I had to do some unspeakable things during my short time there, stay away at all costs 😦

Seems like an anonymous app would be a good place to share the unspeakable details
It’s kind of a cult. Little sketchy tbh

If you look them up you’ll see posts about them like the one above ^, some mixed reviews, but that can be said about any company.
My brother works there and loves it, has worked on a few different clients and types of projects, receives incentive comp like collections on time billed, and then have various team events where they pay you for your time.
You will make a lot of money. You will also be billed out as managed services. That’s their model. So your experience is luck of the draw
Depends on what you are looking for - compensation is good, rather significant increase from Big 4. Not a lot of say in what project you get so experience is luck of the draw. If you are a high performer and want to work hard, it’s a good place to spend a few years.
I have a friend there. They seem to like it, comp better than B4 audit.
