My interior zipper broke and I stopped in a store to ask if they do repairs and they said to bring it in and they’ll just replace it. You can probably get some points. Be aware that American tends to have mor delays than Delta so switching won’t help. It’s also a much suckier airline in general. At least 60%of my AA flights are delayed in a year

Lyft driver delayed picking me up 30 min, resulting in me canceling my ride and asking hotel to call me a “yellow taxi” to get to the airport because it was 5am and all ubers/lyfts were 15 min.
