Apparently, I don't talk at all during meetings. My manager might be trying to help me get more visibility, and he told me that if no one sees or hears me, they will forget about me when it comes to special projects or promotions. I really appreciate his concern and thoughtfulness, but it's hard to act on this. The meetings are almost always a way for upper management to talk about things to us, and then, before you know it, it's time for the meeting to end. How do you butt in?

Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.
