How can I pivot from working as an ad agency art director to a commercial director/DP? I’m trying to get on as much commercial production experience as possible in my current role to build up experience. Thread: I’ve been talking to this company for months and the recruiter has been in and out with communication. A few weeks ago, he reached out, apologized for the delay and explained they needed to figure out role priorities but that they’re moving forward, I’m a top candidate, & they wanted to wrap up interviews and extend an offer the following week. He never reached out to set up interviews and hasn’t replied to any of my calls or emails.

Looking for a Delta rewards card and was going to go with Amex, but internationally Amex isn’t widely accepted and I already have the Gold. I’d like to replace my JetBlue Mastercard with a no foreign transaction fee Delta card (don’t mind a fee for the card). Is there a good Delta non-Amex option? Also, don’t have a card that’s big on travel rewards generally.

I have the Chase Rapid Reward card and gave 90k points saved up on Southwest over the years but I’ve stopped flying with them (haven’t flown in general due to pandemic). Is there a way to transfer these points to another airline, or even use them on hotel bookings? Any recommendations on how I can best redeem these points?
