Hello. I have 4 years of ME reliability experience in O&G. I am looking to speak with someone who works either on an O&G project or internally at McKinsey & Company. I would like to learn more about these teams before wanting to apply.

I have an interview next week and want to vet the new law firm with questions to determine if there’s a good work-life balance, respect for how work is delegated (i.e., attorneys are not routinely asked to do obvious paralegal work), and what overall systems/structures are in place to make it a functional/successful environment. What sorts of questions do you think would get this info and also cut through the usual bs of “we’re a family here” when in reality no one talks to each other?

Has anyone had trouble finding an ob gyn? I just moved to my area and the recommended ob gyns are fully booked. The first date I can schedule is not until I'm 20+ weeks along. Would you just go to a lower rated ob (taking 2 out of 5 stars on Yelp) the first few weeks and then switch when you are able?

I have a bunch of family visiting for 2 weeks in December. Is there a company that I can rent a bed & mattress from for a short period of time? I found some companies but they require 4 month minimum.
