You can look on Reddit, huge subreddit for Bilt. You can also google how to use the points.
I stayed at a Hyatt property internationally that was $1,300 and used 45k built points, great redemption. Another time I transferred the points to an airline and flew Business Class to Europe. (I checked across airlines before transferring and looked at dates months in advance, 6+12 months in advance is best to find availability).

Bilt points are pretty easy to transfer at good rates and multiple transfer partners, so yes. I had a card with them for rent payments until they created bilt 2.0 - the transition was so poorly handled that I closed my account (aka didn't get the new cards).
I don't know if it is worth the annual fees and using them as a middle man to pay for my rent with the requirement of spending and arm and a leg on their card to get the points was definitely the decision point for me to stop using it.
The points are about as good as any card’s points. And other cards don’t let you make points on rent. That said, I can’t be bothered to deal with the level of math and gaming you have to do to get value out of the card anymore. Bilt 2.0 is too damn complex.
I traveled internationally for free by transferring points to an airline partner. The usage is there, you just have to dig for it.

Is it worth it to spend the bilt cash on the fitness studios for the one monthly class?
