In both of the companies , I got interviewed by junior DevOps guys with not more than 3 years of experience who have no real time experience in security engineering. One of those guys ends up rejecting me even after answering all the questions 🤦‍♂️ has anyone experienced the same

I applied for a job at Embark about a week ago - should I be worried that I haven't heard back? How long does it usually take to hear back from a company after applying online? It's been a while since my last job search and I don't want to get too worked up after only a week if I don't need to.

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.

Does that mean almost everyone is eating their hours in big four and midsize firms ? If you’re assigned for 12 hours daily, Monday to Friday, but actually working 15 hours and weekends, do you book 12 hours Monday to Friday ? Or the actual hours you worked including weekends ?

Hi guys, I am looking for a change after 11 years serving in the current organization. I have total 13 yrs exp. with only 13 LPA as I am in the same organization and didn't switch. With EY in the HR discussion they stated 19.4 LPA fixed, but I requested for 20 LPA fixed (though the difference is not much). The HR stated they may need to take approvals and the call ended. Do you know whether they will come back? How many days usually it takes HR to come back? It's the 3rd day almost.
