Dont have too much expectations at EY regarding salary bump.

1.5M with 69% raise

Ok now really curious. 22% raise to what amount? 13% raise to what amount? 7% raise to what amount? Lets get specific here. My 100% raise from $1 to $2 just doesn't seem right..

like

I'll start. S2 to S3 raise was 5% from ~119k to ~125k in thr Central region. Been told I was promoted, with a 5.

Will report back with % raise w

like

City, current comp, rating, and promo all are part of the equation. If you think you are under market, you need to raise to cc/cfl so they can do something before it's set.

like

I would not accept anything below 15% bump. Hopefully you have credentials to justify a big bump in salary!

@M1 - why do you say so? @EY1 - What kind of credentials, isn't getting 5 and promotion enough credentials to justify a bump?

Depends on practice but I would say 15-18%

Depends where you are in the band. If you're already in the M band as a senior (which happens) you won't get much. If you were on the lower end, there will be a bigger bump. You'll find out in august

EY1 is correct. EY4 must have received 10%

I know many people at EY who got promoted to manager with 4/5 ratings getting raises in the 4-6% ranges. Most of those were lateral hires, so EY could say they were already on the top end of the pay band.

Thanks all for responses.. so ll wait till aug to know the raise and wow I got 4-6 to 15-18% very wide range..

Raise is not connected to ratings.

Where do you fall in the senior range op?

Based on your current comp in the salary band, I was promoted a few years back to mgr with a 4 and got a 7% bump, just a FYI. If you want to make yourself feel better, at milestones ask the newly minted assurance mgrs what they pull

I was promoted last year with a 4 and got a 13% bump.. I was on the low end of pay and still very low for a mgr!

Promoted last year with a 4 and 22% bump

Salary is primarily based on market rate based on independent market rate study of all big 4's and select consulting firms so the further out of whack to market there bigger the increase and the closer to market there less there increase. The 5 gets you a little higher in the range city the bonus and RAC awards give you additional performance comp

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. This person doesn’t necessarily need to have both skills but if they did great, but if only one, great too.

Hi there. Ex Deloitte Sr Mgr here, currently in tech pre sales (SaaS / MarTech). Recently spoke to both Salesforce and Adobe recruiters for roles that I thought were lateral moves (Sr SA / Sr SC), therefore I did not proceed with the selection process. The recruiters from both companies told me they typically hire at that level, and people are considered for promotion to Principal in 1 to 2 years. I found that odd. Is that right? What’s the typical TC for SAs and SCs there? (15+ yrs exp).
