Are there any training programs that you think are worth it for PR and comms (or even general leadership)?

Getting ready to do an audit of the latest and greatest in end-to-end influencer platforms. We currently use IZEA. It’s OK and gets the job done, but like any platform has pros and cons. What platforms are you all using, or would you recommend checking out.
