Career wise - what would be best? A change management role at Crowe working government software upgrades Or Change Management role at a name brand childcare company? The culture fit at childcare company is amazing.. remote, unlimited PTO Crowe , I'm not sure since it's working with government.

Well, since I am working nearly fully remotely for my employers it’s not a huge deal that I have employers across different time zones. It is nice actually since it allows me to stagger my day and meetings a little. I do have one large employer and another medium employer in the est time zone, two small employers in my time zone and the occasional gig comes from a west coast client

Wow - multi-tasking is your superpower! I would think that varying time zones allow for some down time or at least time you don't have to account for your presence.
I'm working more than one gig, and in different industries. Different disciplines is how I would put it, really. I have one employer that's quite large and others that are not, and none of that matters to me (the amount of money does not always relate to the size of the organization paying it, of course). Times zones also don't matter much, as what I do is remote.

For me, I am benefiting from the skills I learned with J1 to easily transition into J2. Two different industries, but requiring medical training. Being fully remote is the best part and makes OE a possibility.
When I was overemployed it was the same title , different industries and time zones. They were very different from one another though.
