Are we allowed to travel from out of province to Vancouver for the holiday break? How rigid are the lockdown restrictions in B.C. right now?

Mental health is busy, looking for tips to help manage tasks, currently I supervise 12 therapists in 3 different departments that are all different with unique dynamics in each dept. Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday.
