Are you a victim of this? I just found out recently that a male co-worker, who does exactly the same work and amount of work as me, was offered a promotion. It makes no sense why I wasn't because I mean it when I say we take up the same load. It's truly unfair that we have these barriers to advancement. What do the other ladies on the bowl have to say regarding this topic?

In April they said I have the job still waiting. I am a project accountant III to a finance business manager.Could be long nights &stress. Still unknown pay maybe 20k increase.. Last week I was offered a govt job at NGA (Budget analyst) 40k increase not guaranteed remote. 45 min drive +retirement

Hello All, Just wanted to know what is the promotion hike% is from Associate to Senior Associate Cognizant

As a third year experienced associate, I am up for promotion this year. I know for a fact that all the managers and directors whom I have worked with are very supportive of my promotion. I had perfect snapshots with performance differentiators. But my utilization and over time has been lower than the required metric. It was around ~82% and only ~150 hrs of over time. Should I still be hoping for the promotion or should I start looking out for better opportunities?

I have 1.5 YOE in MC and was recently contacted about an opportunity for a data analyst role in private equity. I’m pretty clueless about the space, but comp is an 85% pay raise and the work generally sounds interesting. Has anyone exited to a similar role? What’s career growth like? My goal is to go to in house for media / entertainment industry, hopefully become an executive. TIA :)

Should I move back to audit as manager?

I left one of the B4 as an S1 and joined another B4 an S2 in consulting. I have an opportunity to move back as an audit manager which would be an early promotion by over a year.

Would this move make sense if partner was a potential end goal?

Note: I don’t hate audit and could do it.

We use Schoology as our district’s LMS. PowerSchool just bought Schoology. Hoping I will BA able to use more Schoology tools that the district currently does not allow.
