So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

I think that it takes some time to get used to designing with any tool, and employers should know that. It’s completely normal.
One thing that helped me a lot in terms of designing quickly was learning some keyboard shortcuts. For example holding the Option key and dragging the object to copy something in Figma.
But at the same time it may not be your thing. There are other areas that you could learn more about within UX/UI.
Yes omg duplicating saves lives. One of my fellow designers recommended having a shortcut cheat sheet while using figma and just getting lots of practice. Daunting but doable,, just worried about juggling it all i guess
