Health insurance for sure^^ I once was told it wouldn’t start for 3 months and i negotiated it to 1 month.
Mega time off (no less than 4 weeks for first year) rock star health coverage, Generous RSU’s, a long exit package (e.g 12 months) and flexible work from home strategies. This is a bare minimum.
@CF1, what’s a long exit package? You mean severance?
Budget for award show entries. Tickets to Cannes, SXSW. Bonuses for pitch/award wins. Garage parking spot.
If unlimited PTO isn’t available- make sure it’s a decent amount. Benefits, depending on whether the shop is part of a holding Corp or independent - there may be flexibility to negotiate.

What level are you / how many years of experience? Makes a big difference in what you can negotiate.
In that case, salary, sign-on and vacation (maybe, depends on the agency) are probably the only places you can bargain. Unless you have a very specialized skill set they can’t find elsewhere, comp packages don’t get that creative under SVP level in most agencies.
