I was a teacher for 4 years and transitioned into the corporate world. I have 6 months experience in marketing and that’s what I currently do, but plan for a lateral move in the future. I’ve seen suggestions of 3-7 years experience - does my teaching experience factor in? Or should I consider the 3-7 years only of my corporate time? What does " Review in progress" status does mean in Infosys job application?? Does it mean a Safe zone that someone has cleared interview and they will get offer latter soon? there is a misconception for this status.. if someone has recently got selected in Infosys, please give your comments on this

I wanted to ask how do you ask for 2x or 3x hike on your current ctc as tbh sometimes i feel that i might not get a callback from recruiter if i ask for 2x hike. Last week on Friday, I have given Hexaware interview and just after the first round of interview with the client and the manager ( 3 people in the interview panel) , I got the congratulations mail that I have cleared the interview process . I have received mail to submit all my documents and fill CAF form.. After doing all these,on Monday Hr called me to inform my offer letter is in progress.But then I got a rejection mail ,and after that Hr stopped picking my call .. @Hexaware
