I have joined Ofss 1 week back and on second day itself I was allocated to project and onboarding WIP I received mail stating to report back to office 3 days per week under hybrid work model policy. Is this compulsory my base location is 2600 km from my current location as I am joining the citi project its seems difficult for me to grasp things though I have only 1 yr of prior exp by I think my team is expecting a lot so moving to new city and learning at same time is not possible .
Hello friends, I am selected in Nagaro and offered workfrom anywhere location written in offer letter. Project is not finalized yet. Congratulations. It is normal . Even in your 3 or 4 switch you will feel the same way. First org is always special and since u were corona batch you would have missed real office culture.
I felt the same while leaving TCS but believe me workwise almost same, you have to work a bit hard but your pocket will fill a hell of a lot more and there is no similar motivation like that.
Yes, it's normal to feel. It happens with everyone. Don't be scared. Enjoy the initial times.
Okay thanks
Yes, it is. Just a piece of advice, you might feel it's harsh. But never get too much attached in the IT sector and not everyone is your friend.
Rising Star
Also it need not be that the longest you worked with will be the closest. One friend i worked with for 3-6 months before i quit, but we make became close friends in that period itself whereas people with whom i had worked 4-5 years in same project before he joined, are just my facebook friends now. So, sometimes its all about getting synchronised with someone mentally.
Tcs to JPMC, nice. Tech stack, plz?

Completely Normal. Growth Awaits you at the other side of your comfort zone. You will rock. Don't worry. Just assume that people working on those projects are also normal human beings. If they can do it, you can too. Cheers !!
I can relate to this TCS feels like home but this is life remember how you went out of your home to move ahead in life, you will never find people like tcs there but thats life you need to move on and build yourself.
Key for growth is independence. Learn to do things on your own its sounds harsh but true
Which org?
