Why is this role requiring an EA to have a Masters level degree but the salary is the minimum $100k in New York of all places?!! If you are an EA with 9+ years and has an MBA, you’re at this point making $130- $150k base or more + bonus and probably a Chief of Staff or heavily involved in biz ops and strategy and being a knockout partner of the business. With 5 years of experience, I was at a trading firm making $145k total comp, doing high level confidential work for my executive, literally running his department and putting out fires for him and even taking the reigns of a software rollout gone so bad, I fixed it in two months and saved him not only a massive embarrassment to the firm but an enormous amount of money. This is honestly, quite frankly, offensive to me.
