Hi All, Prior to my final round I received a mail from KPMG HR requesting my last 3 months pay slips and Aadhar, PAN, graduation degree and filled Candidate Application Form. After that I gave my final round 2 days back i.e on Friday & it went really well. Later I didn't receive any communication on whether i am selected or not. Is it a good sign?

I will go for maternity leave from mid October. Will I get hike on November? I joined on last year November. Also I got very less variable pay in the month of May. It was 8.5% of my 6months salary. Will it be same percentage on 6months salary or 1yr salary this time?

I am targeting ISB next year and by then would probably have a package of ~16-17 LPA.

Some of my reasons for going for an MBA are:

1- To have a tier-1 college brand name (engineer from tier 1-2 college)
2- Using campus placements for getting into product role
3- I know it fits nowhere in the list of a genuine reason, but really want to go back to college life
4- Lastly, getting a jump in salary

1. Lti 15 fixed
2. Mphasis 18(17.1 fixed)
3. Pegasystems 14(13.1 fixed)

Pegasystems is a product based company with alot of benefits but salary is very low.
Mphasis is offering good but heard they have very less development projects and also wlb is not that good
LTI is also offering good and heard that again wlb is not good.

LTI and Mphasis are service based companies.

One of my friend got fired last year and company (big 4) messed up the F&f payment process. They forgot to deduct tds on some component and paid the full amount to my friend.
