Can anyone shed some light on quant funds please? https://groww.in/mutual-funds/escorts-tax-plan-direct-growth
I am seeing stellar returns and extremely low expense ratios but apparently since they're quantitatively managed algorithms, they don't account for things like corona for example.

Ofcourse he should, this market is brutal rigit now unless you have 1 year worth of savings to survive on
I love all the people saying Seattle is horrible. They've apparently never been to NY. Seattle is a breeze compared to NY, weather-wise. If you can survive the NE you'll have no problem in the NW. You might check the commute from where you would feasibly live (definitely don't recommend living downtown) but I like the idea of accepting and saying you need time to relocate and see if anyone else pans out first.
No Seattle is horrible. Especially, if you’re coming from NYC. My friend hated it & he couldn’t move until a little over 2 years because you will owe the sign on bonus. Not to mention he said it rained constantly.
I would accept - state he requires 60 days to relocate (to resolve all affairs). If the 2nd interview doesn't work - then off to Seattle for better opportunities. Considering you survived winter storms in the biggest metro area in the country, Seattle will be a breeze and a nice change.
