FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?

I have tried absolutely everything I can think of to limit distractions during the work day and none of it has worked. Working from home has only made it 100 times worse because now I know there are other more interesting things to be distracted by all around me. What do you do to hold focus during working hours? I was backend developer in previous company in finacle for 2 yearsy. Now I have switched to new company in teh migration project. Here tech stack is azure, big data, pyspark etc which I think it will take some time for me to learn and grow.
