At a crossroads of whether to leave a comfortable job where I’m nearly fully remote/hybrid for a more challenging role that pays a significant amount more but is mostly in the office. Reorgs are just a part of the corporate world. If you haven’t been a part of one in your career yet, then you most likely haven’t been in the corporate workforce for very long. If you have been a part of a reorg, however, how do you personally approach it? There are many factors at play, but in general do you try to establish relationships with the individuals you know will be key contributors and/or decision makers going forward?
