MBA has no impact on AIP. It's all based on rating and firm performance.
Sorry. My comment was referencing bonus only. Salary also varies by practice...but 2 years post MBA, you should be around $175 - $200k
Well, SC at Deloitte get paid $147k base after MBA, so I guess it varies
Guys, I asked for post MBA. Starting salary for MBA's is $140k-$147k.
Not quite that easy. Varies across practice / function, performance, etc. I've seen everywhere from 5% to as much as 30%.
Hmm...if I had to guess 150 on avg. I imagine u came on as an SC prob around 135.
These numbers are ridiculous .... Managers don't make 175-200k in big 4. That seems like director ranges
I'm sc at 105. Was at boutique 135 before this. 10 yea industry experience. I see manager at 130-150 in big4. if I had to guess.
I'm non-MBA experienced hire M at $175k, assumed there was a bump for MBA.
Forgot to mention I am non MBA
D OP - you just answered your own question
New manager post MBA - 155k strategy
@acc3 , I gave the new senior consultant salary. I wanted the manager salary (2 years post-MBA). I want to get a feeling for it so I can plan out when I can afford wedding/house.
