1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.

I’m in a little of a pickle but a good one. Offer A. Established “start up” doing well financially and projected to hit profitability. 130k base. Stocks offered, unlimited PTO, and 70% Medical covered. Offer B. Is at a business much larger…90k salary with 10% bonus and generous stock offering. Titles are different which is why the pay is much different. Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).
