At what level do BCW UK give out bonuses? Director? Senior Director? I'm seeing posts in the WPP bowl where Associate Directors are talking about bonuses, but they definitely don't get them in London. I'd hate to leave a good culture, but when other companies are offering higher salaries and decent bonuses, it's hard to justify staying.
