At what point in negotiation is it advisable to bring up that I would prefer a full remote job.I feel that HRs nowadays are playing it hard to discuss about remote options when employee needs it whereas there was no problem at all when the companies needed it.I am a new mother with no help and WFO/Hybrid is not an option atleast for few months. No organization so far made an open discussion about the options although asked for. They dodge the topic or say choose from list of locations. Thoughts?

But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
