I am working as an Senior Systems Engineer in Infosys at 3.9 LPA. I have around 2 years of experience. My Skill set is Informatica Power Centre, Teradata, SQL, Python, Tableau, Autosys (batch scheduler) and advanced excel. I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

I have got an offer from Meesho with base pay 15 LPA, and expecting an offer of around 18 LPA from a good Bangalore based company.

I wanted an offer of around 20-24 lpa ..how should I negotiate that ( also got feedback that interview rounds went really well) ?
