Hi, I have an offer for the position of Senior Associate at pwc AC Bangalore. Can you please tell if there is a permanent wfh and will they give it in writing. And how is the WLB at PWC AC Bangalore. Is it true that I will have to frequently work late at night. Is the shift timings 9 to 6 as the hr told me or it usually extends? Pwc AC PwC
Although Amazon has instituted a hiring freeze and layoffs are probably on their way, I went through the loop for a security engineer position at AWS. Before I attended the final interviews, Amazon placed the hiring freeze and called me to ask if I wanted to go ahead or cancel my application. I decided do go ahead Right now I'm waiting for their response and the position I applied to changed from "under consideration" to "no longer under consideration". Thoughts?

What city? 65 is easily attainable in my market. I wouldn’t tell Big 4 you’re about to rescind an offer if they extend one, but I would mention you have other offers on the table to speed up the process
If the large Corp - Sr financial reporting role is paying well and gives you good benefits and hours, I’d go with that. Better quality of life. But if you have tons of energy and want to have this on your résumé badly, do big 4 for a few years (min 2). Thing is, you’ll still want out in the end and you’ll be looking at similar industry jobs anyhow
Not sure why everyone is so obsessed with big 4, I don’t thinks it’s what it’s cracked up to be. Plus the goal is usually to get out into a good industry position anyway which it seems you’ve already done! It’s pretty easy to get into big 4 at any time so I’d try out the industry job first, and then do big 4 after if you don’t like it
Just looking for some insights on experiences, what offers you’re seeing as you climb the ladder big four, and just a broad thread of your perspective of ones approach in this situation.
Am I exiting public accounting too early?
How would you approach both interviewing (Would you discuss w/ B4-would they appreciate hearing the truth here?), and if successful, rescinding an offer?
I’ve had my eyes set on B4 and had not been receiving replies as my 150 won’t be met until December, but now as I’m in the period of exiting/ starting a new position the door has opened...
Could $65k+ be probable in this situation?
I really enjoy Audit and leaving has many other factors internally that brings me here.
I’ve sold the acceptance because of the pay and the work life balance but I feel jumping out while I’m not burnt out is why my hesitations exist.
