I have $100k from an annuity invested with Schwab and managed by a brokerage firm. My parents set me all up with this when I got access to the funds at age 21. So I’m not sure of the complete breakdown other than the fact that it’s diversified according to my tolerance for risk

Now, I also have $25k liquid cash I’d like to do something with. Should I just add it to the existing portfolio, or create a separate, self-managed account?

For any of you real estate investors, what tools or sources did you learn from when getting started. Can’t find a mentor currently so want to find some highly recommended books or videos. Advice needed on handing in notice, I recently signed an offer letter and understand the screening process takes 4-6 weeks. I have a month's notice period and have agreed a preliminary start date in Feb.

Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.
