Hi Amazonians,
I am looking for guidance.
I am going to start interview process with Amazon next week. Probably all rounds will be done in 1-2 day time frame.
How/what should I prepare for interview?
Am clueless on what kind of ds & algo questions, system design questions are asked in Amazon interviews.
My techstack: javascript developer- react+Angular.
1. Pls guide me on what/how to prepare?
2. Also, will the interview be solely on da & algo and javascript; or on Js frameworks?

Fly the airline that doesn’t have doctors dragged off planes or kills puppies by making owners put them in the overhead bin 🤷🏽♀️
DCA>>>> all other factors
AA has non stops from DCA to many NE and SE cities. AA lounges in DCA are decent, B is much better than C.
Honestly the only domestic clubs I’ve been impressed with are the centurion clubs
Haha frankly I hate both of them. But from a lounge standpoint Sounds like they both give you access with annual membership regardless of airline, so maybe I can’t go wrong there either.
I’m Delta. But that’s bc I was staffed in NY for a while. And my current client location has no good options on any airline, so stuck with Delta
Where in DC are you? I’d imagine either IAD or DCA is a whole lot more convenient than the other so I would go with that first, then # of nonstops available to where you need to go
Thanks all!
United out of IAD FTW. I live in Vienna and it takes 20 mins from my home thru security to United Club in the mornings. Also recommend getting a regular Washington Flyer driver. They can take you to any of the 3 airports.
While tedious, I uber from downtown to IAD for United flights. Direct everywhere means I’m always making it home.
Do you have a particular industry you lean towards or certain cities/regions that you might fly to regularly?
Not really otherwise that would make the question easier I imagine. Work in multiple industries in NE and SE.
United flies to more cities, but American has you covered if you fly mostly to major ones.
My 2c’s is fly whoever will you get you there direct and most conveniently
DCA, where American is, is much more convenient. The United terminal at Dulles is a dump. Argument for United is direct flights to many European capitals. I don’t think lounges should weigh into your decision too much.
P1, agreed, it did factor in until I just read that they both let you in regardless of airline if you have an annual membership. In terms of picking one, I’m definitely leaning American for DCA.
Go for AA
United and Delta out of DCA; join both clubs
United if dca
H1, p3 — why do you say United if DCA? They are very limited at DCA.
Living DT, IAD is 45-60 minutes vs 15-20 for DCA (not to mention metro accessible) so that choice pretty easy. I rather train to BWI then cab to IAD in shitty NOVA traffic if I have to fly cross country, but even still IAD (and likely United) seems unavoidable in some cases, so I get the point!
Direct to LAX from DCA. Only go to Dulles (and United) for SF or international.
