EY 🐠: technically will get info via recruiter this week but curius how is the onboarding process? Havent gotten the background check yet. I start in November. Trying to understand the timing of recruiters sending out links for on onboarding. Also, in my application on Careers Page, it still says, “In technical interviews” even though my recruiter has already sent me Offer Terms. Is this anything to worry or am I just overthinking?

Be part of the solution, dude. Even if the project fails, real men go down swinging.
Probably, yeah
And don't kill yourself. Push back, limit scope as much as you can. Better to be realistic about what you can do and highlight the resource shortage than try to be a hero
There is definitely such a thing. Be practice and vocal about the shortage. If it catches there will be less to pout at you.
I was on a program once like this. Execs swearing at ppl in open. Downward spiral. For me tho I had a good direct manager, and ended up getting promoted because my practice leads heard how well I was doing on a tough project! So just manage expectations clearly for yourself and your role, and all won't come down on you. Remember your Managers have probably also experienced the same in their careers so they know how it can be
Agree with A1, but if you're manager isn't good/understanding, be careful but raise it up the chain so they can address any skewed performance reviews
Depends on your manager. Just make sure you're clear how you're adding value.
Yes - it is a team sport so you win together and lose together
That seems to be a trend ... sales overpromise and don't solution right and get their check .. while those in the trenches are left to do the impossible and be wizards in all firms
Be part of the solution, but also make clear to people above you (at every level, sequentially but keep going further up until you see a solid plan to address) what is missing / what else is needed for a complete solution.
Get some USI support. They cost virtually nothing and are usually good at the nuts and bolts stuff.
