It depends on square footage as well. Bathroom labor about $25k + material ( depends on what you choose). Kitchen labor about the same, possibly less if you dont move plumbing. Minimum 15k i would say + material .
Electrical rewire, bring up to code about $20k + another 3k if you need a new service panel.
Insulation about $12k
Roof about $12k
Flooring will vary on area but for 700 sq ft of laminate count a tad under 10k including labor
It all depends on what you need done but we spent a good 100-150k and it wasnt a full remodel and i did all the painting, closet install etc.
Remodeling a bathroom in LA right now. It’s average sized and is going to be $25k-$30k

2. Flooring (eng hardwood material and install): $20k
3. Paint everything: $5k
4. Finishes for 2.5 bathrooms: $15k (went higher end here used Rohl, price includes quartz countertops
5. Tile: $8k (mostly used Bedrosians, only one was higher cost tile)
6. Labor and non-finish material for 2.5 bathrooms: $50k (used a GC, pulled permits etc)
7. Viking kitchen appliances: $13k
