Accepted job offer with higher salary, but after cost of living adjustment it’s turning out to not be a raise…struggling with this now. How bad would it be to rescind my acceptance?

I am working in infosys at 8.5 lpa and holding an offer from JMI ( Jean Martin System) for investment banking analyst at 10 lpa. Cons: Kind of back end work sometimes

EY-Parthenon:
Pros: India Market, Strong Clients in India (both corporates and start-ups), Front End
Cons: Heard culture isn't great, Not that much variety in projects
