What’s a reasonable salary expectation for Big 4 IT Risk Assurance senior associate in low a COL city like Memphis, Birmingham, etc. Have a CPA, 2 yrs PA experience &1.5 yrs industry experience.

“Experienced Hire” with 7 years of advisory technology consulting. Possibly looking to switch firms. Have no idea if I’m in the range, over or under market level on comp. What’s a good going rate for base plus bonus range? Currently 150k base with about 25 in bonus, but the bonus has accelerators which puts me closer to 180/190 in total comp.

Just got an offer for a Sr. AWS DevOps role at 145K, I will be working remotely 100% with maybe 5% travel, if any. No bonus with this company. I have over 8 years of DevOps and AWS, all AWS certs . I am a Manager at Accenture primarily into technical program management. Make less than 150k , any recommendations on companies that will pay 180K for a program/project management. Primarily looking for remote or less than 50% travel.

How do you think about carried interest as a factor in total comp? Getting 69bps (memelord GPs) in a $420M (see above) fund, which vests over 8 years. It’s a new fund, so won’t be paid out until liquidation 5-7 years later.

Assuming I stay at the fund for two years, and the fund returns 3x, that’s 300k (obviously subject to big change depending on my tenure & returns). When benchmarking against other offers, how should this be valued? Is TC 450k (300k salary/bonus + 150k carry), or less?
