Hello everyone!
Can anyone please explain the promotion process followed here and specially at LCCI? If there's any minimum criteria like X no of years in a particular level, etc. followed while checking eligibility of an employee?
And also - what's the hike/increment range usually at the time of promotion?
Eli Lilly and Company.
Any leads would be highly helpful.
Thank you!
Hi DI folks, how were the hikes last year??

I went through the whole process and turned down an offer at a manager level. It's very small, so it's hard to tell what the quality level is. It's a mixed bag of big 4, IBM, acn, cognizant, etc and a handful of bcg at leadership levels. Some interviewers I was very impressed with and some seemed on par with big 4.
Comp was big 4 ish, but lower than I was expecting. Heavily skewed towards bonus and profit share.
Overall it was a big unknown for me and the comp and role didn't justify the jump.
Following too. An HR person reached out to me.
I was offered top end of m:
$155 base + 20% target bonus and 10% retirement contribution. So basically $200 all in. Bonuses can apparently go up to 40% based on performance, but no clue what the likelihood is of that.
It seems like they have a staggered level, so a top end M is a low end SM elsewhere. The SMs I interviewed with all had 15+ years experience.
Similar experience as C1, but was looking at a Project Leader role, based in NYC @180k. Walked away to differences in location preference and ability to live in a non-BCG city.
@EY1, I believe so
Yeah, almost each "specialty" had different titles and levels. It was a bit odd. I think they use the terms Project Lead, SM, and Chief Architect to all mean a SM equivalent.
@OP, target bonus meant your expected yearly bonus. If you met expectations, you'd get 20% of base, or you could get higher or lower.
Following as well. I am from EY cyber.
Thanks C1! Care to share the comp range offered for M?
What city are we talking C1? What do you mean by "Target bonus"? You mean like a sign on bonus?
Ba1 - Is PL the SM equivalent?
How long was the interview process?
