Hi! I have an interview on Monday for a Special Ed position. There are multiple positions so the interview is for Elementary / MS position. Can anyone tell me what questions I can expect to be asked?

I recently became an Anaplan Certified Level 1 Model Builder and have been applying to a lot of roles. Anyone here adopt a puppy during the infertility struggle? Husband and I considering it to have something positive throughout this situation and thinking the extra companionship would be helpful. I work from home. Husband has had many family dogs and lots of experience with it, I’ve had a family cat before. But not sure if it’s actually a good idea - wondering if it would truly help make us feel better and keep our minds off of the struggles or if it would just add extra stress. Thoughts?

I have been an assistant manager at a retail store for a year and a half. This chain has about 60 stores. I get paid hourly. What is a fair hourly wage for an assistant manager position ima store of this caliber?

I really need advice. I’ve been in my current role for a couple years and I’m just so defeated. I am good at my job. I work so hard and I’m so undervalued and unappreciated. My work is scrutinized to a degree that no one else experiences (I could give concrete examples of other people delivering design work that haven’t met BASIC design principles and it’s gotten approved) compared to me where I frequently get feedback that somehow makes my work worse but I just comply because it’s not (1/2)
