Do anyone know how much bonus does Tavisca gives to its employees who joins lets say in July, I heard its 10% above ctc, but is it always the same or can increase/decrease??
PS : I have joined in july and wanted to calculate my ctc including bonus or any incentive.

I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.

Most project leads understand that one of the few benefits of this job is status and points. I’d run the poor route/more expensive option (within reason - not double the cost or something) until it’s flagged or you get the cp.

The problem with a companion pass is both of you have to be on the same flight to use it. Makes it hard to use unless you both start and end in the same cities. I've had one for years and almost never use it for that reason.

Sorry to hear. I would open the personal card if you can. That should prop you over if there's a promotion on it. I had companion the last 3 years and used it a fair amount on my continental personal trips with my friends and wife. You only get two changes per year after naming a companion so plan accordingly. Good luck!
To clarify I have the personal and got the 40,000 bonus from that already. Looks like my options are hoping my director is fairly lenient or the business card. Thanks !
That is a long way to go. See if they still let you open a business cc as well. I know you could pull that trick in the past, not sure if it works anymore
Business credit card is an option
25k is indeed going to be tough to overcome without flights for the next few months. If you can manage another 10k on biz flights, you could take advantage of the SW hotel bookings, restaurant program, or other random point offerings they have to get you there
You can use credit card points towards companion bonus. So you can open a second card.
As far as I can tell you don’t get a second bonus for a second *personal* card
See if you can do a thing where you fly in on the more convenient airline but fly out on Southwest. That way you’re only eating in to your own time to get the companion pass. Otherwise get creative with alt travel
I got the companion pass by opening the premier and plus cards through Chase earlier this year. So yes, you can open 2 personal cards and get the bonus points to get status.
