Been in product for 6 years. For last 2 years, I’m not motivated and I feel there’s not much to do other than meetings, sprints and project management. Most work is done by design and dev. I took a year break to help with burnout and back working.

I can’t pinpoint the issue here and I’m wondering if my interests still lie in product or if i should switching industries or roles. Started CS courses to improve tech know how and I’m liking the problem solving

Is your firm treating 12/26 and 12/27 as firm holiday since the 24th and the 25th are during the weekend this year? Of course client demands would dictate whether people will be working, but curious what the official policy is. For what it’s worth, my firm treated the day after thanksgiving as holiday and I didn’t have to work for the whole day.
