Been working 15 years in Sustainability in the ME in real estate and looking to move to the UK for family.

Any idea what the transition may look like as and if I need any particular skills I need to add to my resume or move laterally into financial and strategic direction. Got the LEED/BREEAM/WELL etc. Considering ISSP for now and come from an Engineering + MBA background.

Also, any idea on what sort of salary should I be expecting. Probably a downgrade in my current package hence checking?

Just accepted a position in legal compliance at a F50 company. If I leave in a few years to get an LLM in a field I’m passionate about, would that make transitioning back to law more feasible?

Currently I have offers from 2 companies (say A and B), A is paying more but I want to join B (B is paying less but better brand). Planning to ask B to match salary that A offers. Have 2 doubts:

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
