Been working in the security technology field for 22 years now. In the last 2 years I've been maintaining new build projects from start to finish as a technician. The clients have been designating me as a junior PM, whether it's CCTV, Access Control or intrusions systems, I've been the go-to on site. I'm looking for some advice on how to pivot into that role since the last 2 years I have been doing it just without the title, and some of our sales reps have been stating that more than once.
