Folks what rank does team leader comes in BOA. I have 2 years of experience and have been ask to interview for Team lead position. Does the team lead just a title, heard growth is slow ?

Is it appropriate to apply for multiple different roles at the same company at the same time? For tech companies if need to be specific.

How would this affect interview questions (e.g would GCA case studies be sales focused?) how can I best prepare for this given a lack of a sales background.
