Find your tribe. It's no use spinning your wheels in a place that doesn't value your work, go work w/ for the people who do. Rinse and repeat.

Be prepared to work harder for the same recognition as your non-poc colleagues. Just the facts.

Build a community with other lawyers that are POC even if they aren't at your firm. It will make a world of difference to have a support group
Find a mentor that is also a POC and further along in their career. They can give you really valuable advice about how to move ahead and handle adversity in the workplace.
Advocate for yourself. I know it can be comfortable but if you feel like someone is being microaggressive, they likely are and the longer you let it go on the worse it will get. Have conversations with people about how what they say makes you feel
Find an advocate.
There's no such thing as bringing your whole self to work. Focus on finding similarities with coworkers and use those to bond (for example, kids).
Depends on the color. This country perceive us differently depends on which kind of non-white you are.
Make allies quickly.
