The leason learnt by some of high salary negotiatiors in one point of time is never always chasing high salary and stuck in toxic company and suffer.
Please also give priority to company brand and wlb

What do you do to motivate yourself when you need to work on the weekend? I’m having a hard time getting started today (doesn’t help that I’ve worked every weekend for months now). Part of it is that I left the hard part of a project for last, but mostly I just don’t feel like working on a Sunday.

Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role? My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition.
