Im working on a position for our finance dept. hiring manager wants an accountant with financial analysis and planning background mixed with core accounting functions (Accounts payable/receivable) what job title would you recommend I use. I posted as Financial Analyst and not attracting pool we wanted. Previously posted as an Accountant role and still not attracting right candidates. Thoughts anyone?

I joined LinkedIn, redid my resume several times, paid a professional to do it twice, learned new skills, reached out to friends, contacted staffing agencies, even applied for part time jobs in retail/food industry.
