Best compensation structures (salary/benefits) between WPP, IPG, Publicis, Omnicom shops? Thoughts?

WPP stands for why pay people; I found Omnicom and IPG to be the most generous. Publicis is meh but not as bad as WPP.

Hahahahaha. Pretty consistent with why I’ve experienced. Publicis is pretty bad in my experience except for benefits

It depends which agency at/ group within Publicis you are a part of. PubComm (Pub NY HQ): great 401K package and match (ur $ grows!); great PTO, personal days, and holidays, closed for Christmas; being internally promoted takes years since Paris has to approve (given a choice of either title or money, many take title and leave to get their dues elsewhere and come back); decent culture; great space (now they're moving back to 375 tho?), and flexibility (can work remotely w/o drama or reprimand). I've had colleagues who transferred from PubNY (after being there for 10+yrs) to Saatchi, Leo, Rokkan for promotions and the grass was not green. They had to relinquish all the days they earned to merely 10-12 days PTO, flexibility, not great / toxic culture, weren't impressed with their digital tools and process, and not being closed around Christmas. So unless you are working with a great leader or role that can prepare you for where you want to be long-term or position you can remain under the radar ...choice wiseful

MDC has the best of the holding companies IMO. Left for an IPG agency and just switched back to MDC for the benefits and salary alone.

If anyone wants to join a boutique HR & Talent Advisory consulting firm, Kincentric is hiring for an Associate Partner role! Location doesn’t really matter, but preferably in IL, NY, or ATL.
