D1, doesn't this hit your credit score?
For cash, Citi Double Cash is my go to. Capital One Quicksilver (1.5% cash back) is good for foreign travel with no foreign transaction it currency conversion fees.
I also churn through about one other card a year for signup bonuses. Most cards waive the fee the first year but not all do-read the offers carefully. Look for promo offers as these change. Ive done this with Chase United, Chase Marriott, Chase Sapphire Preferred, Citi AA, etc. Make sure you can cover the minimum spend when doing this to get the sign up bonus. And then cancel during the first year (you can typically cancel in the month that the fee posts to your statement).
Discover It for cash back. You get cash back on every purchase (I forget the percent, probably 1%) but there are a lot of retailers where if you buy from them online (clicking a link through the Discover site) you get an extra 5-10% (or more) back. There are also extra 5% categories that change every quarter (groceries, gas, dept stores, etc). My cash back adds up so fast with just normal everyday purchases. I also like their site design and customer service.
Citi Prestige
One a year is minimal. My credit score is through the roof anyway.
I carry a half a dozen no fee cards with high credit limits so am using very little of my available credit. That probably more than offsets one or two hits a year from CC churn.
Amex Blue Cash
No annual fees on either of those
