Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Hello all,
Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.

Motel 6
Hewing is the best hotel in MSP in my opinion but isn’t Marriott. A lot of coworkers have stayed at the Elliott (too far away imo) and the Renaissance (too old imo).
If you want a Marriott you can’t go wrong with most of them directly downtown. I’d stay in the Ivy, the W, or the AC probably. I wouldn’t do the Westin tho.
Fair point on the W. It’s just in a cool historic building in MSP with arguably the best steakhouse (I don’t particularly love steak but know others do). Agreed that they’ve made it a bit ‘night clubby’ which was not a great design choice.
Stayed at the Elliott for the better part of a year. Depending on where you’re working, it’s a great small property. The staff is great, and if you’re there for a while, they’ll probably work with you on breakfast options, etc.
The intercontinental attached to airport is convenient, it has it's own TSA.
Really depends are you downtown or more likely in one of the burbs F500
And airport is close to mall of America so you can get shake shack
I’m not sure if it’s still there but there is a Bloomington Sheraton right there kind of near the airport. I stayed there nearly a month and the staff is sooo sweet.
I loved the Westin Edina-stayed there for the year and the staff was fab. Attached to a small high end mall
