Hi - I have an interview with Johnson & Johnson for a Leader role. There seems to be multiple interviews with multiple people in the organization. Hoping to get some insight on this process from those who have been through it as it sounds like a great opportunity. What do they look for? How can I ace the interview?

Attended multiple first rounds for mphasis(full time - Texas location). But still I didn’t hear any feedbacks from any of the interview panels/consultancy companies. Seems like they are conducting interviews for name sake and letting us to get wait for the results (for more than a month)

Interested in working in PE, but experiences align more with the Ops side (3 YOE in strategic value creation). Is there a significant difference in total comp potential between ops and investments roles? Not sure how to make a case to break into investments with minimal DD experience, so thinking about Ops recruitment (Associate). Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research.
